Most frequently asked questions
My daily driver is a 2018 Macbook Pro with 8Gb of RAM and 512Gb of SSD. I run the latest version of Mac OS and Windows 10 with Bootcamp.
I also have a Chromebook (Asus C300MA) and a Windows desktop (Ryzen 5 5600X/GTX 1060/32Gb RAM).
Phone-wise I’m using a Galaxy S20+ from Samsung, no custom ROM or anything.
Regarding Python I learned on Python 3 from the beginning.
I learned Python by following the free courses available on Dataquest.io . My first real life project was a web scraper for different websites. After that I learned how to do API Requests and to understand library documentations. From beginning to first scraper I would say it took me two months at around 3-4 hours a week so don’t be too afraid to start, it really is the best thing I’ve ever learned in my life.
I also have a great mentor to which I’m turning to when Google can’t answer a question (It does happen…)
All of my computers have some sort of access to Dropbox where all of my Notebooks and scripts are neatly organized by project and content. I rarely code on my Chromebook but when I do I connect remotely to a computer that has Dropbox so I can pick up my code wherever I left it at.
I can’t recommend Dropbox enough (Or OneDrive or whatever suits your boat really) for this use case. It even makes collaborating with other people easy (Although no real time collaboration). You just need a shared folder and boom that’s it, shared scripts and everything.
I am using Elementor Hello Theme. This is the most barebone WordPress template available.
Coupled with Elementor Pro, the page builder, I’ve been able to get decent loading speed and enjoy the numerous customization features that Elementor provides. Can’t recommend Elementor Pro enough, this thing has changed the way I design websites for the best.
Yes. Even though I am currently employed full-time, I can find time to work on other people’s ideas and I’m open to collaborating with you or your business. Please head over to my Consulting page to learn more about what I can do to help you reach your goals.
I finally compiled a complete list of the Tech Stack I’m using through my multiple ventures, projects and at work. I made a neatly categorized page over there. Hopefully that will give you some ideas 🙂
